WOLWEDANS DUNE CAMP

Wolwedans Dune Camp is nestled amidst the dunes in the heart of the Reserve in a totally unspoiled setting. The charm of this camp lies in its tranquil and intimate atmosphere, capturing the ambience of the desert and the romance of a bygone era.

The Camp

• Accommodations for 12 guests in 6 comfortably furnished dome shaped tents each set on a wooden platform, overlooking panoramic vistas in all directions
  
• A spacious private verandah allows for optional sleeping out under the stars
  
• Private en suite bathroom with hot shower, two washbasins and flush toilet
  
• The central area of the camp is comprised of a lounge and dining area, plus an open plan kitchen, which allows guests to chat to the chef while delicious meals are prepared
  
• A spacious “sundowner” deck with an elevated fireplace is a wonderful place to relax with other guests at the end of an eventful day and enjoy the totally unspoiled desert setting
  
• Open from March 1st to November 30th. A minimum stay of two nights is required.
